This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy (“DMCA Policy”) applies to ReviewCourses.online (the “Website”) and explains how we respond to copyright infringement claims under the U.S. DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512).
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
If you believe that material on this Website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice (“DMCA Notice”) to our Designated Agent using the contact details below. Your notice must include the following:
Your contact information (full name, mailing address, phone number, and email).
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it (specific URL(s) on our Website).
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we may:
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material; and/or
Notify the affected party (e.g., the content poster) that we have removed/disabled access to the material.
We may request additional information if your notice is incomplete.
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification (“Counter-Notice”) to our Designated Agent. The Counter-Notice must include:
Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
Identification of the material removed/disabled and the URL(s) where it appeared before removal.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., the judicial district where we are located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice (or their agent).
Your physical or electronic signature.
Send your Counter-Notice to the DMCA Designated Agent listed above.
After receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within the time period required by the DMCA.
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate or restrict access for users who are repeat infringers.
We publish reviews and commentary that may reference third-party brands, course names, and publicly available marketing claims. We believe such use may be permitted under applicable laws such as fair use (e.g., commentary, criticism, review), but we will respond to valid DMCA Notices as described above.
We may update this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
